One of the things that you have to take into consideration is the place where you will do your workout. Pros: The feeling of being out in the open is very de-stressing and relaxing, which is why outdoor exercise is great. You can also gain Vitamin D from being exposed to the sun, so you should make running in the morning a habit. A lot of people also enjoy doing their workouts outside because they get to experience the beauty of the world.
